Discrimination in the Provision of Goods and Services
by Judy Walsh.
The book will be launched by Minister Kathleen Lynch T.D., Minister of State with responsibility for Equality, Disability, Mental Health and Older People at the forthcoming ICCL conference:

The conference will address some of the key themes emerging from the ICCL’s ongoing Review of Anti-Discrimination Law in Ireland project.

Overview of the ICCL’s in-depth qualitative review of the status and operation of Ireland’s anti discrimination law.

Analysis of key issues emerging from the research in relation to the proposed reform of the Equality Tribunal, incl:
- Waiving Anonymity
- Adversarial v Inquisitorial approach
- Status of ESA cases before the WRC
