This is the Joint NGO Appeal on the Reform of the European Court of Human Rights to the Interlaken Ministerial Conference, taking place in Switzerland from 18 February 2010.

The ICCL is one of the 156 NGO signatories to this appeal from across the Council of Europe.

The Appeal calls for the strengthening of ECHR implementation at the national level, reforms and improvements to the European Court of Human Rights, and the strengthening of the Committee of Ministers' role in in supervising states’ implementation of the Court’s judgments.
